What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping and handling for shipments within the Continental U.S. only.

For shipments outside the Continental U.S.

For Alaska and Hawaii shipments, we will add $10 to each order. For international customers, please contact us to determine shipping costs and instructions.

 

What is your return policy?

PHLX wants you to be fully satisfied with all of our products. If, for any reason, within 30-days of your original purchase date, you are not satisfied with any part of your order, please return it for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by PHLX. In addition, funds will be credited back to the original payment method.

How to return your product:

Ship or mail us the product along with a copy of your receipt to establish proof of purchase. No need to send back the packaging—that’s yours to keep. Also be sure to include your return mailing address, email address and phone number. Using a traceable means, ship or mail the Product to:

Once PHLX receives your returned Product, we will evaluate your claim (typically within 7-10 business days) to determine whether the returned Product conforms to this limited warranty. If PHLX determines that there is no trouble found with your returned Product or the returned Product is not eligible for warranty service, we will ship the Product back to you, at our expense. If PHLX determines that there is a warranted defect in the Product, we will, remedy the defect as set forth below in this limited warranty. PHLX is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to phlex. We recommend that you ship your returned products to PHLX via a trackable shipment method. You are responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

All products returned to PHLX will be subject to review for authenticity. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to PHLX's legal department for action. Counterfeit products will not be returned and consumers should seek restitution from their original place of purchase.
